On Monday, April 27, 2015, the NORCO Soccer Club lost a great man after a courageous battle with cancer.  Pete Biondo was an integral part of the soccer club and coached many teams throughout the years.  Our prayers are with his family and the many, many friends he has made during his years of coaching, mentoring and encouraging soccer players.  We will miss you greatly!

A little bit about Norco Soccer Club...

NORCO Soccer Club, having been in existence since 1969, is a proven and well recognized club throughout the Midwest Region. We promote that our teams travel to competitive tournaments around the country to expose our players to high level competition.  Each year most of the graduating seniors earn some athletic scholarship assistance to continue their education while playing at the collegiate level.  Our teams compete in their appropriate SLYSA and SCCYSA leagues.

Our club fees are among the most affordable of any club in the area and the amenities provided are among the best return on your dollar.   Norco is a non-profit organization and all of our coaches and board members volunteer their expertise.  Individual team fees vary depending on planned activities. In conjunction with our outdoor tournament, players have the opportunity to sell ads for our tournament book to help defer a portion of their fees.  Here is what NORCO offers:

2 full uniforms (jerseys to be returned)
Draw allowance per team to apply to leagues/tournaments
Paid MYSA registration
Free admission into NORCO Invitational
Web Site access for Scheduling, Hotline & Team information
Lighted Practice Fields
Winter Indoor Training facilities

Summer Camp Opportunities
Fundraising Opportunities (ex: Tournament Ad Book)
Tryout Fields and Tryout Advertising

If this program interests you as either player, parent, or if you are interested in finding out about coaching or bringing a team to our club, please contact us through our website. We invite you to consider NORCO as a part of your and your child’s soccer experience.

The Countdown is On!

The Countdown is On! NORCO Road to Europe Trip is Rapidly Approaching!

By Marc Crozier

Soon, our girls will be off to London and Sweden. Read more about our upcoming trip!

The NORCO Crozier U14 girls soccer team is getting set to embark on the experience of a lifetime! On July 8, 2015, our girls will travel to London, England we're we'll spend three days soaking up the culture.  We'll play a friendly against a local English side and have a training session with an English academy coach.  And of course we'll be taking in some of the great sights in London such as Big Ben, the Tower of London and the London Eye.

Then it will be off to Gothenburg, Sweden to compete in the 2015 Gothia Cup! The Gothia Cup was started in 1975 and has grown into the largest soccer tournament in the world. Each year, over 1600 teams from over 70 countries meet in Gothenburg. The tournament hosts over 4000 matches each year on over 100 fields.

While there, our girls will get to participate in an Olympic style opening ceremony and have the chance to compete against teams from around the world.  You can get a sense of the vibe of the week at Gothia Cup by viewing the videos below (especially the long version at the bottom of the page).

To make this dream trip a reality and to ensure that every girl will be able to participate, we have hosted numerous fundraising events over the last two years. We've made quite a dent for every girl, but there's still a significant cost remaining.  If you weren't able to join us at any of our events but would like to help, donations can be sent via PayPal to NorcoGirlsRoadToEurope@gmail.com.  If you don't use PayPal, you can also email us at NorcoGirlsRoadToEurope@gmail.com for information on where you can mail a donation.
